Hello Educators! I hope that you're reading this in your most relaxed space surrounded by family and friends and all the sounds of Summer. You worked so very hard last year for our kids and on behalf of Envision, we do hope you are enjoying every moment of your Summer break. For those of you who work year round, we trust that it's a tad bit more peaceful in your halls but understand that many of you are already hard at work with a focus on the next school year (I know some of you cringe, am I allowed to say that yet?).
If you aren't yet ready to start thinking about the next school year (eek, I said it again), you have permission to close this blog right now and take another sip of that delicious cool drink at your side. Otherwise, for the rest of you, read on...
While you've been working on your tan and making new memories with your families, Envision has been hard at work preparing for another great year in partnership with you! I'm excited to share with you that we've just launched a brand new Financial Education program called It's a Money Thing. Who said financial education has to be all serious and boring? We invite you to join our main character, Jen, on her journey to understand everything there is to know about money. Pick up some best practices while staying entertained. We will explain some complex topics in a simple way while hopefully leaving a smile on your face. And the best news yet?! It's all FREE for you! That's right. Whether you invite us into your classrooms or if you prefer to access it at your convenience, we've got you covered. Visit www.EnvisionCU.com/MoneyWise to browse the 30+ money concepts and work them into your curriculum.
But wait, there's more! We aren't just supporting Education with financial literacy. Since we were started by teachers for teachers in 1954, our core has always been supporting educational efforts in each community that we serve. We know how important it is to back initiatives that directly impact the lives of young people so that they can become productive citizens in their communities. Visit our supporting education web page now to see all the many ways that we make that happen, including offering donations and sponsorships. www.EnvisionCU.com/SupportingEducation
Okay, okay. You've worked enough today. I'll stop talking now. Thanks again for all that you do and enjoy the rest of your Summer. We will see you again soon or hopefully not soon. You know what I mean.
