ReferLive is a referral platform operated by CustomerStream, LLC, a company headquartered in Franklin TN, on behalf of financial institutions for which they operate as a service provider. Refer to their Privacy Policy for more information.
During the ReferLive registration and referral process, you will be asked to share information about yourself and/or about individuals you refer. The types of information collected during the registration and referral process include:
- Name
- Address
- Email address
- Phone Number
You will have to register FIRST before you start referring. Register by clicking here. Enter the information that matches the current information Envision has.
Not sure what information to enter? Log into your online banking portal or mobile banking to view your current information on file. Click the blue “Register” button to be prompted to the next step.
Boom! You are now registered!
When registering, you were asked to provide an email address. Check your inbox for an email from [email protected]. View the "Welcome to ReferLive" email to log into your account. This email contains your temporary password and a direct link to your referral portal. You can also click here to go directly to your referral portal.
Enter the email address you used to register and the temporary password you were given in the "Welcome" email. You will be asked to change your password to one you will personally create once you log in for security measures.

You may also share the link for them to register through social media such as Facebook, Messenger, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or through a copied link you can send them via text message! You will be given these options on the "You're Ready to Share" page after registering yourself or in your referral portal.
Don’t see the email in your inbox? Make sure to check your junk or spam folder. The email may not be recovered if “opted out” of marketing material from Envision Credit Union or ReferLive.
You are able to refer more people, see how many people you have already referred, and how much you have been rewarded in your referral portal.
If you entered their email address, your referred person will recieve an email from [email protected] telling them you have referred them to Envision Credit Union! They must click the "Register Now" button in the email that will lead them to the same ReferLive "Register Your Information" page. The contact information the referred person will enter to register for ReferLive should MATCH the information that will be used when opening an Envision account. This is how we will know who to reward!

Our field of membership requires you to live or work in Bay, Brooks, Calhoun, Decatur, Franklin, Gadsden, Grady, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Mitchell, Okaloosa, Thomas, Wakulla, Walton, and Washington counties, be a member of Flowers Employees Financial Services or be a relative of someone who does.
The person making the referral (Referrer) will earn a $50 Visa® Reward Card for each individual referred (Referred Person) to Envision Credit Union who registers for the offer, opens a new Envision Credit Union personal checking account, and completes the offer requirements within the time specified in the offer. To make a referral, the Referrer must register for the program and share the offer with their friends, family, or coworkers. A Referrer may receive up to five (5) Visa Reward Cards ($250 value) within a calendar year.
