As you know, Envision Credit Union has partnered with Servion Mortgage; effective April 1, 2024, Servion Mortgage will be servicing your Envision-owned mortgage!
Servion Mortgage is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) owned and operated by Credit Unions. Servion understands Credit Unions and they are committed to member service.
We are excited to begin this partnership and look forward to many positive changes! Here are a few answers to questions you may have:
Q. Will my mortgage account number change?
A. YES! Your new loan number will be provided to you in the Welcome Packet you will receive from Servion.
Q. Will I have the ability to view my mortgage online?
A. YES! You will receive a Welcome Packet from Servion which will contain your new account number. Once received, you will go to Servion’s home page at www.myservion.com which is also accessible through the link on Envision’s home page. From there you will register your account and login to view the account information.
Q. Will my payment address change?
A. YES! As of April 1, 2024, you will send your payment to Servion. The payment address will be provided in your Welcome Packet. Until then, please continue to send your payment to Selene.
Q. What if my payment is received late during the transfer phase?
A. You will not be assessed late fees or be reported late during the transfer phase. However, we encourage you to monitor your account online at www.myservion.com.
Q. Can I make my payment at a branch?
A. No. Once you receive your Servion Welcome Packet by mail, your payments may be made online, by mail, by calling Servion or by setting up recurring payments through Servion’s online banking system. Payments cannot be made in branch.
Q. Will I need to contact my homeowner’s insurance company?
A. No, your current servicer will contact your homeowner’s insurance company to update the mortgagee clause. Servion will also provide you with the mortgage clause as part of the Welcome Packet.
Q. Will my automatic payment information be transferred?
A. No. You will receive an automatic payment form in the Welcome Packet from Servion. Fill out the form and submit it to Servion. Automatic payments can also be set up online by logging into your account on www.myservion.com.
In the coming weeks, please be on the lookout for communication from Selene, Servion, and Envision. These documents will contain important information, such as the payment address and information for your homeowner’s insurance company. You will receive communication through postal mail as well as email.
